CO-WELL is a multinational corporation operating in the field of software, officially debuted in Japan on 8/2007.

In 2011 we builted its independent development center in Hanoi, with five core members, mainly in charge of Japan market.

(In the past few years, the company operated under the name Seta International).

After 5 years of constant growth and development, in 2015, CO-WELL opened a new branch in Da Nang.

Then in 2016, total personnel in Vietnam exceeded 250 members.

We are confirming CO-WELL’s position as one of the top leading enterprises in the field of software offshore development, as well as the overall IT field in Vietnam.

High technical skill, excellent Japanese communication ability and low turnover rate are three things that we are highly proud of. CO-WELL’s engineers are graduates from top domestic and international universities. Most of our BSEs have experience of studying and working abroad (mostly in Japan) for years, so they can not only communicate fluently in Japanese and English but also fully understand customers’ working style as well as their standards of quality. High speed development is always accompanied by needs of rapid growth in personnel, but we had no difficulty in recruiting and retaining talents. Open working environment, sense of solidarity among members are what help us maintain turnover rate at only 1/5 the average of IT field in Vietnam.
